Nausea ad nauseum

In May 1817, 194 years ago this month, Mary Shelly completed the writing of her Gothic horror masterpiece, Frankenstein. Shelly’s last book? A travelogue, which is interesting because she was known to suffer from motion sickness on boats and in carriages.

Psi Bands were the star product in a recent edition of the San Francisco Chronicle’s Travel Section. Says the reviewer, “My wife…won’t leave shore without them…They avoid the drowsiness of normal Dramamine and the dry-mouth sensation of the “less drowsy” version. Plus, unlike some competing models, they’re waterproof.

chance to share Psi Bands with

Romy, Nausea Relief Chief, with Meredith

Meredith Vieira, Today

Show co-host. She was so taken with them that she asked for another set to pass on to a friend struggling with nausea. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with her reaction: “I LOVE THESE!”

mom-owned: Ingrid and isabel

We love to highlight mom-invented products, and, if you are pregnant, the Ingrid and Isabel line is a must! While pregnant with her first child, Ingrid quickly discovered that dressing for two was not easy or fashionable. She found herself using old tube tops in an attempt to disguise her waistband and to hold up pants that didn’t fit properly.  After a year of careful engineering, Ingrid transformed her at-home remedy into the essential maternity accessory, the Bellaband. In 2003, she took her Bellaband concept and her passion for helping women enjoy their pregnancies a step further and founded the San Francisco based company, Ingrid & Isabel. The line currently offers a vast array of stylish maternity wear for women, including The Essentials – a line of gorgeous camis, ruched tanks and tees, comfortable skirts and pants.

As we head into summer, we highly recommend you check out Ingrid & Isabel’s newly launched chic line of 8 mix and match swim separates, lightweight tees, drapes tops and dresses. For more information on Ingrid & Isabel and the collections they offer, please visit www.ingridandisabel.com.
